The repair took a long time, and we didn't know the reason for that. Also, the shop removed our aftermarket bike rack for the repairs and did not reinstall it. We had to make a separate trip back to the shop to have it reinstalled. The bike rack should have been reinstalled to make sure that it wasn't damaged in the accident, which would then make it part of the overall damage claim.
