This was my first time using this company. I was treated with such respect and understanding. Even though it was a minor fender bender, they made me feel like it was important. And it was, to me. I love my Subaru! Megan greeted me and gave me all the info I needed. I They even helped with the rental company. She was very pleasant and understanding of my concerns for my car. I had worked with the staff at Ray's on a very nervous level. They made me feel like family. They even detailed my car inside and out upon picking up my car! I was shocked! They even have me a sample of paint to match my Crystal White Pearl Subaru FW! My dealer didn't even do that when I purchased it I was extremely happy with them and will continue to recommend Ray's Car Star to friends and family!
