I had frontal damage to my car after someone ran a red light. Carstar was cooperative from the start. Easy to make an appointment and get the car dropped off by a tow truck. Once it was in their care, I received constant text messages and phone calls with every concern or update they had to give me. They went over every detail once I picked it up from the shop with before and after pictures. Definitely recommend and would use them again if ever needed in the future.
