I chose CARSTAR because they are family owned and have been in business a long time. And they had great reviews! I felt confident from my first experience with Cameron that my car would be repaired well and with great care. My appointment was scheduled out for 3 months. I was called 2 months in and they were ready to start on my car! I was kept informed on the progress of my repair and it was ready a day earlier than the new scheduled completion date! I could not tell where the "accident" part had been. The repair was that good. Josh was also very helpful in getting my car released to me within my very tight schedule. The very best experience I have ever had with car repairs.
