Harriet said this business did not take advantage. The staff greeted her in a pleasant way, they were honest and it was really a pleasant experience. She had a side view mirror situation and they cleaned it up for her. They did not try to boost the insurance settlement. They worked with the insurance and did not change the price, everything was as it was supposed to be. They did everything they said they were going to do.

Jacqueline said the customer service was very prompt and she was kept updated very well. Her vehicle looks great, they did a beautiful job and she's very pleased. It was ready before it was promised. They really tried to take care of an issue with the insurance and she really appreciated this.
