Avoid especially if you are a woman.

I wouldn’t give a dime of my money to this place. My girlfriend was quoted a “bottom line” price that seemed high. She was told that’s as low as they can go. She’s a returning customer (purchased 2 vehicles in the past) I decided to get online and inquire about the same car. I offered $3.5k less than what she was quoted and they accepted. The sales team (GM Bret ) bold face lied to her. The level of misogyny is crazy. This whole deal just felt wrong from the beginning. When the truth came out the sales team was left backtracking. We decided to never spend a dime here again. Please consider shopping elsewhere especially if you are a woman. Google Review Response blaming the customer is always a good business model. Wow. I WAS one of the customers. EMPHASIS ON WAS. My “recollection” is 100% true and factual. We can continue this if you feel the need to continue your lies.

Love our new Tucson Hybrid

What a great experience and how helpful were both Robert and Tyler. We met Robert first and test drove a gas model... liked it enough to start a search for a hybrid. Long long story short and with some encouragement from Robert to check a couple things at the dealer who had one coming in for us we decided to go with our gut and purchase from CC. Robert was off the day we came in after making an offer on the phone and Tyler took GREAT care of us for that point forward. He spent a lot of time explaining different features and answering questions, introducing us to the Service team and parts guy. Excellent service and good coffee and snacks too! Highly recommend shopping at CC Hyundai!

Hyundai vehicle Sales Dealership sets the standards for excellence

We were recommended by our neighbor to purchase a vehicle at Carson city Hyundai and to meet up with Tyler Cruise, Sales Representative.

Upon arrival we were shown and test drove the new 2023 Hyundai Palisade and we were sold. Not only the Palisade has luxury, many Safety features and it very stylish, it also comes with a 3 year service plan, free of charge. The only problem is, due to a "computer chip" problem throughout the country with vehicles, there would be a delay for the delivery date.
Mr Tyler Cruise would keep us up to date with the latest changes of the delivery. It finally came in (after 8 weeks). He refreshed our memories of the Palisade. The Sales and finance office was very noteworthy fast in the paper work.
We are now the new owners of the 2023 Hyundai Palisade. Our expectations and positive experience went through the roof.
Thank you Mr Tyler Cruise and the Hyundai Sales team for the professional excellence you all have displayed.
I would highly recommend others to come and check out the Friendly Hyundai Dealership of Carson City. Bravo Zulu.

Consistent excellence

I have been to this business several times for service on my vehicle that was covered under warranty. I have also returned for my regular vehicle services even after they were not covered under warranty because the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. I took a vehicle in to be serviced and the staff helped me locate difficult to find parts for another Hyundai I have that I did not purchase from them! I think that is amazing and I can't say enough good things about the staff and the actual location. Always clean comfortable and tidy with great refreshments and wonderful staff. Kind considerate and patient the folks there have always gone above and beyond.

Super Customer Service

I had the best experience at Carson Hyundai! Car work makes me nervous but my service writer took all that away. Steve was such a great help! He really made getting my car repaired a piece of cake. Thank you! Everything went according to schedule, I was in on time and my car was ready on time. Such a smooth experience. Go to Carson Hyundai they're the best!

Extremely Happy

I’ve had my new Hyundai Palisade for a few weeks now and wouldn’t change a thing. Tyler was terrific and kept me informed each step of the way while my vehicle was en route. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it all again and recommend Tyler and the Carson City Hyundai team 100%.

Five star customer service

Hey guys! If you get a chance to get in to the service dept. of Carson City Hyundai, you will be happy you did. Whether it’s for an oil change, car wash or Detail or maybe some serious maintenance. Emily will treat you like Family, or in my case “Better Than Family “. Emily is the sweetest, most attentive person that I have ever had the privilege of serving me. Well Done

My experience with my scheduled maintainence was terrific— no hassles making the appointment, the work was completed within 2 hours time, and I got friendly advice on additional car care I should consider doing. The Service Dept personnel were professional and courteous, especially the person who handled my appointment, Emily. All good.

Good service!

Everything went fine with my service! I waited around 3 hours in a nice waiting area with wifi, snacks and beverages and had an offer to get driven somewhere if I’d liked. Very friendly employees!
