After sharing the problem with my vehicle, was misdirected on when my car part would arrive or when would be repaired, kept vehicle all day as a result of part not arriving when stated, shop did not state exactly what repairs would be done or involved, only to find that the initial problem stated was not resolved, unbeknownst until after obtaining receipt of work done. All I was offered for the overall inconvenience was...."Sorry" !
