My power steering went out, and I needed my truck for transportation as I live alone out in the middle of nowhere, no family or friends to help me out. So I take my truck to this business, and made plans to get it in the morning when all repairs were done. Now I don't have a lot of money, and being on ss is a bit of a challenge when you got something important like your vehicle, and I have a big v8 motor where I am careful about the usage of my gas, and they took me home in their car, but I was very shocked when they drove up in my driveway in my truck to bring me back to the shop, and I have asked for a 5.00 deduction just for the wear and tear, and it was never mentioned that they are going to use your own vehicle, and he said no, and my bill was almost five hundred dollars. To think that they want to charge you for every little thing, like duck tape, or a bolt, that they don't want to pay up to their usage of a private vehicle. I don't know if I want to go back considering reading all the comments, and my ordeal with them. It's like shame on me for even giving them business so that they can shove it back in your face.
