4. provided high quality parts for a reasonable price, and only those parts necessary to complete a thorough PA state inspection
5. returned any replaced parts to me and checked the entire vehicle for any other signs of needed service that may fall outside the state inspection requirements, but prevent an expensive
repair in the near future.
