Client is under the impression warranty is refreshed if something is warranties. Example: you buy a new car. Includes a 4 year warranty. At the 3rd year a failed part gets replaced. She thinks it's warrantied for 4 more years. We tried to explain and even sent her a reimbursement form from Mercedes-Benz she didn't know existed because it is a known problem. Her warranty with us is expired. Even when you try to help people this is the thanks you receive in this New World. Wrong place to be fresh. She took the low road of defamation. Says a lot about her character. The real you.  The owner isn't rude. He just tells the truth and doesn't pay for repairs on cars he doesn't own or expired warranties. We have done some good faith on expired warranties in the past in other scenarios when someone isn't being fresh. Good luck to you.
