My rating should have been lower, but I had a good experience with the sales department.
Less than a week later after I bought my new 2022 Hyundai Tucson I realized that my vehicle was leaking some sort of fluid. I went back to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. There was a service tech that brushed me off. He began asking me questions, “how did I know it was some sort of fluid”? Were you running your air conditioner?” He didn’t even check my vehicle. I left and made an appointment to take my vehicle to a Hyundai dealership closer to home. I did and they found a brake line leak. The fluid that was leaking was brake fluid.I was furious when I found out that it was brake fluid, and more furious if this would have caused an accident. The dealership closer to home sent me back to the dealership that I purchased the car. I have now been without a car for 8 days. A part had to be ordered. I was given a rental car. I felt that this issue should have been treated as a emergency, but more than that, I did not feel like I was a valued customer. On the 7th day I had to call the service department to get an update on the service of my car. No one thought to reach out to me and call me. This has put a bad taste in my mouth about this dealership. When I finally get my car back I will not be returning, or recommending this dealership to anyone.
