Carpros kia of Glendale suck from the moment I talked to the salesman on the phone he lied to me about the vehicle I was inquiring about he told me they had it on hold especially for me then told me I was approved and good to go sign papers for the vehicle give my down payment and the car was mine to finance then I get their the car I wanted was not their it was at another dealership and it might of been sold already then had me waiting for a few hrs without even telling me what was going on just told me to sit down then came back told me to go sign papers give my down payment then I could leave with my vehicle 2weeks later telling me I needed a CO signer or they would pick the vehicle up then picked up vehicle & charged me from my down payment money& left me with no money no car no way of getting to work Iam so depressed I haven't even shown up for work Very bad fraudulent dealership.
