Horrible horrible customer service

My son had been speaking with a salesman about buying for about two weeks, he wanted to get a 2025 Elantra that was at a different dealership delivered and bought through Hyundai Montgomery. We told him that Friday we had him a cosigner and would be at the bank at opening to get the loan approved, by 10:00 we had the loan approved through MAX, left MAX was just wanting on a purchase order to be sent by Hyundai so they could finalize the loan. Hours and hours later, cant get the salesman to pick up the phone, had to call and speak to some lady who said she would get the purchase order over, MAX got it but it was missing the VIN number so had to call again. (You would think they would know the process of someone buying a car) Called and they said the car was being delivered the next day, then they said the next week. They said just come in and sign papers, it wouldnt take long, Saturday we are they and they cant find the MAX loan approval and we sat there for HOURS and HOURS. Finally get papers signed and he get to bring the car home past closing. NOW two weeks later they called and are saying that he didnt sign some papers!!! WHAT? How do you let us leave without everything signed??? Maybe if he did his job and wasnt answering frat brothers phone calls while we were in there signing, he could do his job right. Well my son went back up there and signed and now he is saying my mom (cosigner) needs to come, why didnt he say that the first time! Now on top of ALL of this the bank is saying that the PO says more then the loan he was approved for! These people need to know how to do their jobs! Both sons and husband work at the Hyundai plant and my other son and us are fixing to purchase new cars beginning of 2026 and I will drive my happy self ALL the way to Hyundai of Auburn and will not step foot in that building ever again!
