Adam said he was quoted $266 when he dropped his vehicle off for his entire service, including oil and filter change and some brake work. He stated he is 100 percent sure of this because he is very precise when it comes to finances. When he went in to pick his vehicle up, the staff told him that amount was only for the brakes and filters, so with the oil change, the total was going to be $340. He expressed this was annoying. He said he would recommend this business because he likes the customer service, but the staff need to be better about letting customers know how much the service is going to cost.
