I do appreciate the customer service provided by the front desk, and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable. They clearly care about their customers, which is valuable in this day and age. My only recommendation is that when a customer brings a car in for NY inspection and waits for it, that they be a bit more conscious of how much time is spent looking for "other stuff". I will be a returning customer nonetheless.
