I had an unexpected issue come up with a car I'd only just purchased 3 months prior.
Very shortly after I sent in my request, an email from the general manager came through to my inbox asking when I'd like to come in. Hesitantly, I suggested a Friday morning that was only 2 days away; I assumed I'd be rejected or be strung along that whole day only to have my car not be taken care of until the following Monday. However, neither of those things happened! In fact, it was the best possible outcome happened.
My car was ready by the end of the same day (a Friday), they waited for me to come get it so I could have it before the weekend. The cost of the repair was $300 less than they quoted me at.
I immediately recommended them to my coworker who's contemplating purchasing an Alfa Romeo.
