1997 BMW Z3 Maintenance
I was very impressed with the level of communication, responsiveness, and follow through. I had just purchased the car and experienced a severe coolant failure. I dumped the car on you with no notice after Burdick refused to service it. Within 3 days including a weekend you got back to me with initial diagnosis. After initial problem was resolved you followed up with recommended list of preventative items. All completed in two weeks. I appreciate the service and level of communication.
