Love supporting a small business that prioritizes doing the right thing.
They have serviced both of my vehicles. Good honest pricing every single visit. Today stood out though. I am a rule follower. The dealership said I needed new brakes but of course wanted a kidney to do so. So I have used C&B before so I made an appointment a week ago, brought it in today. Mr. Branch (I assume this is who I was speaking with 🤣) came in and was so honest, he basically was like listen you have time. You don’t HAVE to do anything today. I ended up doing everything today to get it off my plate (busy full time working mom with two kids one in sports I drive ALOT etc). But that alone keeps my business. Honesty. I work for a small business & left a corporate place to help build it from the ground up, BECAUSE I don’t like taking advantage of people. Do the right thing. Be kind. Have compassion. Be honest.

This place is awesome & it shows. Glad all the western branch recommendations sent me to their door!
