Bought a New car and got only one Key, dealership refused to provide a second
On 05/03/24, I purchased a new car from the dealership. As a first-time new car buyer, I wasn’t aware that two key fobs were supposed to be provided with the vehicle. Unfortunately, the only key fob I received is now damaged.

When I went to AutoNation Hyundai to purchase a replacement, I was informed that new car purchases should always include two key fobs. They advised me to contact my dealership to request the missing key fob or a refund for the replacement cost.

I reached out to the sales agent I worked with, Don, to explain the situation. However, he refused to address the issue, offer a replacement, or refund my expense. This lack of support has been extremely frustrating, and I feel that the omission of the second key fob might have been intentional, preying on customers who may not be familiar with standard practices.

I expect your dealership to address this matter promptly by either providing the missing key fob or reimbursing me for the replacement cost. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and fairly.

Damaged my car twice and didn’t fix it
Avoid the service center at all costs. My car had a warning light to have the turn signal checked so I brought it in, they evaluated it, and determined they need to replace the turn signal light system, but they had to order the part and would let me know when it comes in. When they pulled up the car it had a massive scratch through the paint on the driver side passenger door (first picture).

I made the service advisor and service manager aware of the damage, they sent it to their body shop to be repaired and told me I’d have it back by the end of the week. Well two weeks later they finally say it’s ready to be picked up. I show up AND THERE IS ANOTHER SCRATCH & DENT ON THE SAME DOOR! (Second picture)

At this point I’m not about to leave my car in their care a third time to be “fixed” so I ask the service advisor if I can take it to a body shop of my choice to have it repaired and they will cover the cost which he readily agrees would be an appropriate course of action.

I immediately took the car to the body shop and sent the estimate over that same day. The service advisor acknowledged he received it and said he would let me know when the check is ready to be picked up to cover the cost. It’s now been 4 weeks and I’ve been ghosted every time I have called. They say a manager would reach out to me but so far I’ve heard nothing.

So now it’s been six weeks since my original appointment, my car has been damaged two separate times by this dealership, it’s still currently damaged, and my turn signal still needs to be fixed.

0 out of 10, would not recommend.

Service advisor Paul Steeman provided outstanding customer!
Paul took personal responsibility making sure the job was complete and kept me informed through the service process. I had the opportunity to speak with another customer in the waiting area who told me he schedules service with Paul each time he comes in because of his service. Great asset to the Hyundai Service Team!

JUST SAY NO!
This is one of the grimyest dealers I've had the unfortunate pleasure of purchasing (in cash) a 2022 Elantra Hybrid Blue at. The roof was leaking water inside the dealer, the ceiling was exposed with fiberglass over the desk of my transaction, and employees hitting their vape pens while clearly on the clock inside the building. The trickery with the MSRP was unreal.. the dealer mark-up because of market conditions was upsurd.. other dealers are able to avoid this... why not you? Salesman really didn't go over the features of the vehicle.. my friend knew more about the car then he did! Finance was a joke.. he pushed stupid warranties for astronomical amounts and when I declined it all.. magically I have a free extended warranty.. I guess finance needed to hit a quota so they fudged the numbers yet again and magically the warranty was free. I can't wait for the entire industry to be brought to its knees... looks like it's right around the corner and all I can say is Karma is always on time! Do not buy a car here.. there are many other dealers that are not operated by TRASH! The higher ups are to blame for they way this place is ran and they should be ASHAMED!

Great Service Horrible Sales
Service department was nice and quick to get my vehicle in and out, even fixed a problem I had with the Apple Car play/screen. But the sales department was horrible. If you want to sell a car don’t ask someone with a brand new car that’s getting an oil change if they want a new one… my car is NEW! sales people kept pushing and we’re super rude when I said no I’m fine with my car. Husband has a Toyota and we went next door for his car service they were super pleasant and the sales people left us alone. If you want to sell cars being pushy isn’t gonna get you anything but NO!

When will the replacement parts be in?
I was told that the replacement parts (tire and cabin filter) would be available in 3-4 days. It has been a week with no word from the dealership. They should be calling me with an update but I have had no communication from them for a week now. I expected better communication from the service department. I now have to be the one to call and get the update information on when the parts will be available. I feel this is lack of quality service.
