Purchased a new 2023 model from Cambridge VW, but encountered multiple issues still under warranty. Despite clear evidence, the dealership failed to resolve these problems adequately. The service experience was disappointing, with a lack of accountability and poor quality work. Front-end staff were pleasant, but overall, the dealership's inability to effectively address warranty concerns has significantly impacted my confidence in their service.
