Transmission issues with my 2021 Ford ranger.
I went to their shop for transmission issues. I spoke with Terry at the front desk. He worked at solving my problem for a couple hours. Checking out my issues, checking on the computer, making phone calls, etc. They figured out the problem and were up front with me on how to fix it and the cost. A very reasonable price for the work that was needed. After all his checking he informed me it was determined to still be under warranty, which I was not aware of. The work had to be done at a Ford dealership because it was a Ford warranty issue. Because Terry found the warranty information it saved me thousands of dollars. The truck is getting fixed as of this writing. Terry is a stand-up guy who should be commended for his hard work and honesty. Next auto problem I have with any of my cars I'M DEFINITELY TAKING IT TO CAMBRIDGE AUTOMOTIVE. Thanks
