I took my car into Cal's to have the AC checked. The mechanic 'crossed wires' starting a car fire totaling my car! I had just purchased the car a week earlier - I tried to talk to Cal about restitution -he was rude and dismissive saying 'what happened - happened, the insurance companies will have to deal with this' he never answered my emails or phone calls. The insurance companies pay for a small portion of the car's value - I had requested, from Cal restitution for the actual, documented cost of car
