Ran into Tomi at the car wash. Told him the problem I was having with my Honda’s prop rod. He ordered the parts for me and when they arrived had me stop by for a quick fix. I was back on the road again in 15 minutes. Best service I’ve ever experienced
Service is unparalleled in the industry. Best in town IMHO

Great service. Easy going, not pushy, great prices.
Calloway was very straight forward with explanation of parts, price, services, and extremely knowledgeable on all things BMW. Highly recommend as a dealership alternative for all things Bimmer!

Stopped by the best high end automotive center w/ several problems with my daughters vehicle. Calloway had the suv picked up right away & brought to the shop. Diagnosed & fixed the very next day. No BS, no extra up-selling, just great service as always at a great price. I will only deal with Tom Calloway where I know I'm getting the best work at the best price. Thank you Tom 🤟💪👏

Excellent as always
We have been coming to Callaway for years and have never been disappointed with the attention to detail Tom and his crew provide. Honest as the day is long and fair priced are hard to find in the auto service industry but you'll find it here. No up-sell just the facts.

Annual Service on 2017 Audi A4
Scheduled the work, talked through the service items over the phone, dropped off the car and it was ready as promised. Always had great service with Calloway, very trustworthy. They are very knowledgeable about Audi's and always explain the details for the service. My wife's BMW is with them. We highly recommend them.

Great experience!
Tome, and his crew are wonderful to deal with. With so many things that come up in life, a car.
Repair isn't something that anybody is looking forward to. It's nice to know your vehicle is in great hands. They diagnose and get it done in a timely manner and are constantly in touch, making it painless. Not to mention how clean their shop is which reflects their work ethics.

WOW What a GREAT Experience
The second I walked in the shop I felt like family- I knew right away they were going to take great care of of my car and they did. Thomas told me what needed to be repaired , how much to repair it there was no “ dealership add-ons”. Thomas and team are extremely professional and courteous. While this was the first time I took my Mercedes S550 for service/repair it won’t be the last. Thanks Thomas
