Charged for a part they broke!

I took our car to Calabro tire for routine tire rotation and They broke one of my wheel studs. They asked me to set an appointment to have it replaced and never once did he say that it would be at my expense. I went in today (June 1, 2022) to get stud replaced and was charged $75.44 for an half hour worth of of work with parts ($11.00 and Labor $52.50 and shop supply $7.00 plus tax.) I' am very, very disappointed with Calabro Tire and Jason. They broke it and they should have fixed it for free! They should have told me up front that it would at my expense and at what cost.
