Horrible Experience

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Evidently, if you drive a Fleet vehicle, you’re not worth their time, or their respect. Was just treated with the most hateful attitude by an older man with glasses and a moustache. If that was the owner, he should be ashamed of himself. I had a flat tire that I assumed would have to be replaced, and that was just fine with him.....until he realized I drive a Fleet vehicle with “Run Flat Tires” that aren’t stocked most places. Both his demeanor and attitude immediately turned very sour. After holding me there 1 1/2 hours, he went ahead and patched the leak without really telling me what was going on and then informed me in a nasty tone that he didn’t want to take the time to call my company for the $30 reimbursement and wanted me to put it on my credit card, which is against my company’s policy. I was happy to wait the extra time it would have taken for this man to call Fleet so he could get paid, but he was simply too lazy to do it, and then treated me like garbage when he realized the policy. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t come here!!! If you’re Fleet, they won’t help you unless they can make big $$$.
