If you need help with this dealership/car repair business, please read my review. November 2020, my wife and I totaled our car while we were on emergency leave from the military. We have to purchase a vehicle quick, so they helped us out and got us our 2013 Ford Edge nice and quick, first thoughts, it’s was great everything looked good and seemed alright, a week later, no AC, Bluetooth stopped working, among other things, oh well, that’s my fault I guess should’ve looking into it better, BUT, not until the end of April 2021 I received the title, 5 months I waited for this title. Called, texted, over and over and over again AND nothing until I wrote a review right here on google, why am I writing another one? Well what happened was, I finally received the title, a week later after I posted it I got the title, right after that they contacted me!!! Called me, texted me asking WHY I put such a bad review on their business! Since I moved within that 5 months, I ended up paying an extra $700 to get the vehicle registered, I also COULDNT DRIVE THE CAR FOR 4 MONTHS, but, all they cared about was the review! So they told me, take the review down and they could help me back with the money and having to tow my car from SC to NC because they forgot to send the title, or the car was stolen, or some other crazy thing. Long story short, I deleted it, they disappeared for a few days, then came back and said they won’t do shit to help me, nope! Nothing, they were rude the whole time, blamed ME because I may have given them the wrong info or didn’t get back with the bank! They blamed ME for getting the title so late, when I have documents stating nobody saw the title until April 17th. So my opinion, STAY AWAY, and if you’ve had the same problem and want to sue to shut this fool of a company down then please send me an email or something so we can go over exactly what they did and see if we can help each other out, because this is the worst possible thing that has happened to my family by far. Biggest scam, biggest failures I have ever witnessed in my life. A DISGRACE to our military, cause apparently the owner is prior, but is living a life of lies and thievery.
