i purchased 2 used tires sept 3. the tech quote me $65 per tire . The Jamaican guy stripped my stud onmy car ( back rear ) so now I have to get a mechanic to drive to my apt to fix on my car. when i drive you hear a thud sound. 3 studs stripped on the right rear and 1 stud stripped on left side. i live in atlanta so it takes me 34 minutes to get there. also the phone number on website, cant call because the mailbox is full. how can you get in contact? i had to drive there. the white guy who i also talk to didnt want to touch my car! he stated “ get your car off my lot “ i did nothing wrong. i work on cars too, if a tech messed up on your car they need to fix it. he did not want to do anything with me. i spoke with the lady who bills everyone out. she atleast was helpful trying to de-escalate the problem. she bought me the studs for my car. but she said the tech cant put them on because of they don’t know how to. its not a mechanical shop but on the garage you have list of things you guys work on! pretty much the ripe me off my tires. $234.70! for 2 used tires. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! NOT PROFESSIONAL! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CAR AND FINAL SALE!
