I will use C & T from now on.
I always wait several weeks to provide feedback after receiving any service to make sure the service holds up. I took my car to C & T to have the struts replaced. This was my first service at C & T. I found the staff to be both friendly and knowledgeable. The service was performed promptly and correctly. From the time I dropped my car off until the time my service was finished, I only received one phone call, the call to let me know the car was ready. I am very satisfied with the service that I received from C & T. My car drives like it did when I drove it off the dealer's lot. Additionally, the evening of my service I was in a local store when I was approached by a member of the C & T family who recognized me and inquired as to how my car was driving. From my personal experience I can say that C & T provides a friendly, knowledgeable environment, prompt service at the best prices around, and they truly care about providing great service.
