Under promise/over perform
That seems to be the motto of C&T Auto Service. I recently had a part fail that they had installed a few weeks earlier. I called late Friday afternoon and was told that they were booked for the next week but to bring it in and they would at least determine what the problem was. Much to my surprise they called me a later and said my car was fixed. In a matter of a couple of hours they diagnosed the problem, ran out and got the part, installed it and tested it. Now who does that anymore? Only the folks at C&T Auto. Why would you take your vehicle to anyone else.

FCW problems and oil leaking van
This is my first visit. Thanks for keeping me informed about every step of the process. Diagnosing the problem with the oil leak gave me great advice your ability to fix it. I was impressed that one of the owners called me promptly after I requested that someone give me a call regarding several issues that I had with my van. That was a classy move.
The gentleman that checked me out this morning also had a pleasant attitude and wasn’t just shuffling papers to get me out the door.

Trustworthy and good customer service
Jordan and staff always take care of us. Today we just asked how to open a fob to change the battery. Jordan did it for us and had a battery! I don’t think Jordan realized what a big favor that was for us. That is customer service!!
