I dropped my Cadillac off in the morning with multiple error codes and the engine running so rough it was scary to drive. The dealer who had looked at it previously assured me that I could expect to pay between 3,500-4,000 dollars. So with that in mind, I took my car to C&S Auto. The folks down there were very friendly and were able to get my car in on an appointment in a very timely manner. I dropped off my car in the morning. The had it diagnosed before lunch, and assured me they would have the necessary repairs made and the car ready for pick up by the end of the SAME day! I gotta say, they didn't start ANY work until they contacted me, explained what needed to happen in a manner that I could clearly understand, and then got my approval. That service is very important to me. The good folks at C&S called me when the repairs were done with a final price that was 90% LOWER than what the dealer had stated. Now, when I arrived at their shop, they didn't just repair my car, they kept the old parts so they could show me what they fixed, explained why it needed replaced the whole 9 yards. If that wasn't enough, they topped off all my fluids, inflated all my tires to the correct pressure, and left NO visible traces that they even touched my car. The folks down at C&S in my opinion are top notch and extremely professional. C&S Auto Repair will be where all my vehicles go, when it is time for service or repair. Thank you guys.
