While entering Ft. Campbell post, I had my window down to show my ID, well....the button on the inside of the car broke and I couldn't get the window back up on a very cool morning. I called C & S and was told to bring my car in and they would try to get the window up and order the part as soon as possible. That afternoon, the tech got the window up and the part was ordered from Nashville. I was not charged for any of the services until the part came in the next day.
It's nice to know the customer's needs are important!
