Had a Toyota Sienna, high mileage worked on. Primary concern was the AC needed work done. I expected the repairs to be expensive and the labor to be reasonably lengthy. I have no issues with the cost or labor incurred, however I do believe that the work done was less than perfect, and to the tune of 1200$ I certainly expected the AC to blow colder than it is, the noise that was there with the AC rear blower is still there, hadn't been there until it needed the repair done, and after repair that noise is still present, so that is the main reason I'm giving the job 3 out of 5 stars for this review. Had the noise not been there and the AC blew like it used to I would have been inclined to submit a 5 star rating. I do appreciate that the work was done all in one day and that the AC is at the very least working again, so thank you for that.

We regret you are unable to give us a 5 star rating.  As for the rear noise, that would not be related to the work you had performed but I will be happy to check that problem out for you at no charge.  The temperature should be within a certain specification and we will be happy to verify that it is and, if not, will take the necessary measures for it to be a proper repair.  Please contact me directly at (931) 552-2575.  I look forward to hearing from you.
