I even tried to make an appointment only to have it completely botched.
Where are the Burts? Did they sell out. I am a 20+ year formerly loyal customer. The Bountiful location was my go to. They have let me down again. Asked for an appointment on the web site at 8 am. Told Service writer about brake issues. At 4 pm they had not even looked at the brakes. Told me my appoint was for lube only at 3 pm. My account with them has been comingled with my son's account so he gets a call when my trucks in for service. I get calls when his cars are being serviced. We have asked for years to get this corrected. They will not take 1 minute to correct their file. I cannot do it any more. Nobody seemed to care now I have a huge Christmas inconvenience. Is it really that hard?
