Repaired tire on short notice, while I waited.
My truck tire was leaking air on a Friday. Burns had me come in at 9AM and Eric fixed it while I waited. Took about 15 minutes to find a screw in it and fix. But also impressive was a conversation I overheard at the desk with another tech. He had found some corroding brake lines and insisted that they should be replaced. Having been the victim of a poor brake line repair once (at a different repair shop), which failed a few days later, it was great to hear that Burns is taking their customers safety seriously.
