Bad Planning on their part? and lack of compassion

I have always loved this garage and my mechanic Micheal. Took my work van in to have tires changed before winter. Although my sticker said it didn't need it yet my oil change light came on a day before the appointment. When I go to pick it up they tell me that while they did they oil change and changed the tires they did not have time to balance or align them. That department was too busy. I offered to take it back the next morning and clear the day if that would give them time to do the alignment, they said no that dept was booked. Several days after my low tire light comes on it was cool that morning it stayed on, mid afternoon it is now warm, I swing by and ask if they could check tire pressure just to confirm if there is a problem or not. They would not check it, told me they had said there was an issue with the tire pressure sensors. I understand that but I had just offered to pay for a service that would take a few minutes because I was concerned, they told me no way. They didn't schedule my alignment suggested I schedule it in a month or two when I need a new oil change. When I asked why they didn't have time to do it they said they were busy and there was extra work on my van they hadn't scheduled like the oil change.
