I have been a customer for many years and always been happy with the service, Repairs on all three of my cars that I either don't feel comfortable doing myself or don't have time for are done here. Service has always been done correctly and on time. The cost is often a little higher but knowing it will be done right is often worth the extra cost. Although I will continue to use Bunges I was a little disappointed with my most recent visit, The bill ended up over 20% higher than the estimate and I was charged 17 dollars for a tire rotation. My vehicle was serviced for all four rotors so all the tires were removed for that. It would seem to be good customer service to discount or eliminate the cost for rotation if all the tires are already removed. The oil change place I use rotates all 4 for 10 dollars with an oil change, I will be doing that from now on. Just seems like good customer service.
