Prompt, courteous service

I brought in a friend's car after she received shoddy, indifferent service from a mechanic who frankly gave the impression that he didn't think the car was worth working on because of its age. Bunge's made no such judgments, diagnosed the problem -- a not so very major one at that -- and returned the car the same day. In my own case, I bought a used car from a dealer whose service department dismissed a headlight issue that was safety related -- wasn't asking they fix it for free. After all, I bought the car "as is." Over the years, I've had several cars serviced at Bunge's and have never encountered the shoddy treatment encountered at other service locations in Elgin. Highly recommend Bunge's.
