Was told they have to lie and say they inspected vehicle in order to close out ticket. Claimed rear suspension recall has nothing to do with rear tire tread wear and tear. They installed new tires a year ago, paperwork says they’ve inspected them in February March and October and 10,000 miles later the tires are so bad they need changed because “I probably hit a pot hole”. You won’t see any money from me again scam artists. Doubting they even have a master certified tech on staff.
