Poor customer service, bad technicians, bad office personal
I wish I could leave a zero because it’s not worth that much. Took a truck in for axel seals and pinion seal and got a quote for over 10000 worth of repairs. They say a courtesy check but you still pay. The told me I need to change fluids in the transmission, front axel, power steering, brake fluid. Some things on the check list I agree with. They also told me I need a steering box because it was leaking. The problem was there was black grease on the outside and transmission fluid on the inside. The tech was not smart enough to know the difference between grease and transmission fluid. To make it better they had the car fax saying that all this was changed within the last 25000 miles and when you pull the stick it’s clean oil. The next best part was they missed the bump stops missing, power steering pump whining, windshield wipers being bad. Alyssa that responds to the reviews just goes off there technicians that are dumb as a box of rocks and their notes and she always has an excuse to make them look good. The service manager Angie is another joke. She told me that I should have said something before I left. I tired to expressed my concerns to the receptionist she got an attitude with me because I told her their mechanic need to go back to
school. According to Angie the service manager it’s my fault because their notes says something else. I didn’t argue with her because it’s not worth it. It’s always the customers fault in their eyes. I know Angie and Alyssa will see this and that’s ok and Angie accuse me of being a business owner and I’m not. They have gotten info from places that I have no idea where it came from. This place is a joke and I could never tell anyone to go here. To be around the lake Gaston area it’s sad. Honestly there is not need for the service manager Angie to make a comment or Alyssa because they are not going to be honest about it.
