Fixed original problem, created a new one.
I brought my car in because of an issue with the paint on my back bumper. Subaru in good faith repaired it. That part is great. Now, the issue is I have what looks like splash from clear coat on most of my black plastic trim. It is on all 4 door trims, trunk trim, and antenna fin on the roof. I have contacted Subaru over the weekend and sent emails of the damage. I also called yesterday morning and had no one call me back. This should not be something I have to personally repair or have to pay someone else to repair. Please contact me so that we can resolve this problem. Thank you.

We appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention, and we can certainly understand how frustrating this situation must be. As we discussed on the phone, we identified a detailing product that was in use that week that unfortunately was defective and affected the plastic trim on a few cars that it was used on. Our attempt to restore those parts did not work 100% so we are happy to work with you to replace them.  Rest assured, your experience is important to us, and we want to get this sorted out.  We want to resolve this problem for you as quickly as possible.
