Overprice parts & labour, still waiting let me see
Victoria has an attitude not polite with customers she is very rude on the phone
There delay costed me $1300 in car rental
Meghan calls me last week, she was nice.
I called yesterday asked for Meghan I was told by the operator oh she works in parts department.
Victoria tells me after 3 weeks that I have to pay for difference in labor which GEICO my insurance is paying them, also I have to pay for my headlamps.
I was suppose to be responsible for $1000 deductible as per my GEICO policy. I am really upset 😠
