My new favorite people in Findlay.
Ok, these guys are my new favorite people in Findlay. I'd been taking my 4runner to the Toyota dealership for repairs but had gotten a little frustrated with them for various reasons and a family member recommended this garage. My impression of them is hugely positive: knowledgeable, good communication, excellent service, and very generous in pricing. They give me the impression of being people who work on cars because they actually enjoy the work and are genuinely good at it, rather than because a big corporate company promised to pay them well whether they were or not. Thanks! I'm sure I'll be back!

No charge to get me home safely!
Took time at end of day when no other repair shop would give me a second thought. Helped secure my broken part so I could get home safely.

Wouldn’t accept any money!

Great service at a reasonable price
I was scared to drive my car because traction control was disabled. I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to afford getting my car fixed. Brown Auto was suggested to me. My experience with them was way beyond my expectations. They were efficient, upfront on the cost, and the price was reasonable.

Awesome as always
After several days of my check engine light coming on I called Brown auto and they were able to get me in quickly and diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat. I authorize the repair why they were fixing it. They also told me why coolant was very weak, and recommended a flushing of my radiator and replacement of my fluid which I agreed to the repair was done quickly everything works as it should. The price was below what they estimated very fair pricing quick service, honest repair as always. Thank you.
