Your dealership covered up damage on my my brand new Cadillac CT5 2024 with black electrical tape!! And sold it this way. Are you kidding me!! 2,000$ in damage. When confronting Arun General Manager he turned it around on me, asking why my husband or I didn’t climb under the car and inspect it? So apparently Brotherton Cadillac doesn’t inspect their vehicles nor do they have integrity. Thanks for costing me time and money! I guess.... next time I purchase a brand new 55,000 vehicle I will climb under the car in my skirt and heels and inspect the vehicle myself. Because Brotherton Cadillac dealership doesn’t inspect nor take responsibility after they damage their Cadillacs.
