Please inform workers to please call the customer before they do any work on a car when a car is in for a different reason. In my case, my car was broght in for a oil change and the workers changed some kind of filter (not an oil filter) without calling me. They offered to take the filter out but at that piont I just said to leave it in and I paid for the service. Other then that, everything else was ok.
