Did not give these guys a chance
I always read reviews before I buy most things and looked at Brookshire Hyundai. My Lord, what terrible people listed, Blake, Michael, Sheila and others who quite obviously care about the bucks and job more than customers............I guess I will drive over to Texan Hyundai, who know how to treat customers and future customers. Maybe some kind of class and attitude adjustment is in order or maybe the owner just wants to make money and does not care how his customers are treated...................

Beyond excellent service
I recently had the pleasure of working with Avi Reddy for purchasing a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, I couldn't be happier.

Avi Reddy was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to assess my needs and provided expert recommendations tailored to my specific needs. The attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to the purchasing my vehicle.

The quality of the SUV exceeded my expectations. Not only it looks fantastic, but I can already feel the difference in energy efficiency. It's clear that Avi Reddy prioritizes and ensure customer satisfaction.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
My wife took our 2023 Palisade Hyundai as it has several problems. including Computer is all messed up, saying our tires are flat and having the warning light at all times. Battery has gone dead 3 times in the last 3 weeks. They think its ok and "they just recharged it". none of the USB ports work nor the charging dock..... One issue after another. My wife got there at 7:45AM. They said she had to wait as they didn't have rental cars. they said it was going to take 3-4 hrs. The LACK of communication and how rude the people were was unbelievable. Sheila Gates and Jason Herdenson were NOT helpful at all. To the point that based on service I don't think I would ever buy another Hyundai. At 12pm they told her 1more hour and that they were going to order another USB port. They told her they recharged the battery, which makes me think they did not check anything as I did recharge the battery at home the 3 previous times. from 12 to 3pm nothing happens and no communication at all until my wife told them she needed to pick up the kids and asked for an update. They told her that they were working on the USB's and that they would give her a rental.... What... really? The lack of caring or interest in our business hurt what Hyundai is as a company as this is our first and last. It's sad that a car manufacturer put their reputation in a dealer like this... So disappointing. To make things worse, my wife took the day of work to do this as now she will have to take another day to deal with this issue IF it gets resolve.
When my wife asked for a manager, Sheila is the one who was presented. And she didnt do anything. At 3pm and that is because my wife told them they had to pick up our kids from School

Don’t go here
I bought a used car here with a promise they would make me a second key fob. They never did. I am absolutely furious with this dealership for their blatant lies. Their deceptive practices and dishonesty have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I deserve transparency and honesty, and I feel completely betrayed by their actions. This experience has shattered my trust in the dealership, and I am seriously reconsidering my future dealings with them.

Poor dealership
Very unprofessional. Went in to buy an Elantra with a msrp of $25000. Told the salesman I would like a drive out price and he brought a price back to me over 31000+. I asked him why the drive out price was so high and that I could purchase a Camry for $3000 less than an Elantra. I told him they were not attempting to sell the car as they had place numerous items on the drive out sheet that were no more than an attempt to up the price of the vehicle and knock my head off with a high price. $1500 for dealer prep, $495 for window tint along with several thousand dollars of ways to up the price. I told him the price was insulting and I would go buy a Camry. I got into my truck and the sales manager flagged me down and wanted to know what was insulting about the price. I told him the same thing I told the salesman and that the price was way out of line. He had an angry/mad look on his face and demanded I leave the property. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. The poor ethics displayed are the exact reason car dealerships and sales people have bad images. I left and called the Toyota dealer.

RUNNNNN AWAY FAST
March 2 I purchased a 2019 Ford expedition and not even a month after it's in the shop for acceleration problems. I brought my car Ford and my estimate is $3,978.40 I still have my temporary tag on called my salesman (Dioz) and he hung up on me & the manager I spoke to was rude. Also my son left his i phone 11 in my trade in and after I noticed it was missing i called and was told we don’t have no phone I kept making the alarm sound on find my iPhone and finally a manager called to tell me he had it.

Horrible service and horrible customer service. From the owner to the managers they argue with customers even on their reviews. Don’t waste y’all time. If I could post pictures and videos on here I would. I promise this was an horrible experience!

Brookshire Service is worth the trip
I have been to other dealers for service. However the treatment and friendliness of the service at Brookshire Hyundai doesn't even compare to the other dealerships. At the other dealerships since I am not buying a car the service department is clearly unimportant and not a priority as a customer. Brookshire has a lounge with electrical outlets and free wifi while you wait. Also, Brookshire keeps me informed of the progress of my vehicle when parts or service takes more than a day without the need for me to keep calling or chasing the service department. Brookshire is not close to me but we'll worth the trip for old fashioned customer service done right.
