I just wrote a review on Google, which is more than I usually do, but saw this site and felt compelled to provide our experience. We have two Range Rovers, a 22' and 2010. The 10's starter went out so we had it towed to BFM. It was going to take a month to get it into the Land Rover dealer. The manager, Khalil, went over the work that needed to be done, the costs, etc. The next day it was done. It was like bringing in a prescription. No calls saying there were delays, more work needed to be done, etc. We brought it in one day, out the next. They basically detailed it before we picked it up, which was another nice surprise. They cleaned it better than most car washes. K showed us the work they had done, went over bill a second time, made sure we were happy with everything. Quite honestly, this was the best experience we have ever had with someone fixing our car when it was out of warranty.
For what it's worth, in the area where you pay, there's a sign that reads, diagnostic work is $120. Someone mentioned they were charged $220. Khalil didn't seem like type of guy who would do that. There was another customer with a BMW who was behind me in line while he was running my credit card. I asked her if she had used them before. She said yes, they were great. Anyway, that was our experience. We were very happy with them.
