The work done on my Subaru was great! The shop handled everything seamlessly with my insurance company. However, the communications could be more detailed. Some updates provided are vague and generic. I even called several hours before my scheduled pickup time to confirm that things were still on track, was sent to my estimator’s voicemail, and left a clear and polite message since I had taken off work with the understanding that I’d be picking up my car. I never received a callback.
Instead, I received an automated message right before closing time stating that my car was “still in reassembly” — with no revised pickup time or additional details. There was a lack of clear communication. Nonetheless, I do understand that quality work takes time. Overall, I am satisfied with my repairs so far.
