Customer Service
I brought my car in to have the gate material installed. Apparently, I had a 10am appointment. I rushed over as soon as I could and arrived an hour and 20 min. late. Rico took my car and started the work on it--no wait time. I received it back within a 1/2 hr. I've always been treated with great customer service, but Brian Ford places a very high standard with their customers/clients. I felt I was treated like a VIP.
