Brien Ford vehicles and positive customer service
I have now had time to visit Brien Ford for a service call, and the service department is just as proactive as the management and sales force. I have not had a car dealership treat me with such courtesy and professional ability. The approach of the staff at Brien, as well as a decent price and great selection insure that I will be returning in the future. I am glad that finally, personnel at a car dealership can do the right thing and think of the customer first, not the car or price or service income. It is a pleasure to visit there, and I am looking forward to future contact with these folks. Thank you.
