Brad Schell is outstanding/plus great teamwork
This was the second time I chose a Ford Focus with the assistance of Brad Schell and both times I was very impressed with the service I received and am totally satisfied with the vehicle Brad helped me acquire. Brad is so personable, knowledgable, and is totally considerate in terms of listening to what I want, what I can afford, and spends ample time in doing so. No pressure, no rush....extremely helpful from start to finish....even at the end when helping me transfer my belongings to the new car. He even reinstalled the infant car seat for me! Brad is the most balanced, courteous sales associate I have ever met at an auto dealership and the other team members were an impressive part of streamlining this experience for me. AND I found just the car I was looking for, right down to the color! Yaaaay!
